In a world that moves fast, I choose to draw slowly.
Some days start with a cup of tea, the sound of rain tapping on my window, and a sketchbook open with no plan. I like letting moments unfold, observing people on the street, or capturing the sunlight falling across my desk.
As a freelance illustrator, I’ve learned that “slow” is not the opposite of productive — it’s the beginning of intentional creation.
Slowness helps me listen.
Slowness helps me notice.
Slowness helps me feel.
Whether I’m drawing a cozy kitchen, a quiet girl walking her dog, or a plate of steaming noodles, I want to freeze those feelings and share them through soft lines and warm colors.
Creativity is not always a spark — sometimes, it’s a quiet rhythm that flows gently, like breathing.
